Thai beef with red chili and cashew

Ingredients

  • 100 Grams 100 Grams sliced beef

  • 20 Grams 20 sliced onions

  • 10 Grams 10 spring onions, chopped

  • 40 Grams 40 grams cashew nuts

  • 2 2 red chilli, chopped

  • 1 tbs 1 cornflour

  • 1 tbs 1 oyster sauce

  • 1/2 tbs 1/2 Soy sauce

  • 1/2 tbs 1/2 sugar

Directions

  • Mix the sliced beef with cornflour and season to taste.
  • Fry the sliced beef in hot oil until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a wok and fry sliced onions, red cut chilli, spring onions, cashew nuts, oyster sauce.
  • Add seasoning to taste with sugar and soy sauce.
  • Then add in the fried beef and sauté for two minutes.
  • Serve immediately with steamed white rice
