Ingredients
100 Grams 100 Grams sliced beef
20 Grams 20 sliced onions
10 Grams 10 spring onions, chopped
40 Grams 40 grams cashew nuts
2 2 red chilli, chopped
1 tbs 1 cornflour
1 tbs 1 oyster sauce
1/2 tbs 1/2 Soy sauce
1/2 tbs 1/2 sugar
Directions
- Mix the sliced beef with cornflour and season to taste.
- Fry the sliced beef in hot oil until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry sliced onions, red cut chilli, spring onions, cashew nuts, oyster sauce.
- Add seasoning to taste with sugar and soy sauce.
- Then add in the fried beef and sauté for two minutes.
- Serve immediately with steamed white rice
