Authentic Thai Beef Chili Recipe
Thai beef with red chilli and cashew
Ingredients
- 100 grams sliced beef.
- 20 grams sliced onions.
- 2 red chilli, chopped
- 10 grams spring onions, chopped
- 40 grams cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp oyster sauce.
- Half tsp of sugar.
- Half tsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the sliced beef with cornflour and season to taste.
- Fry the sliced beef in hot oil until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry sliced onions, red cut chilli, spring onions, cashew nuts, oyster sauce. Add seasoning to taste with sugar and soy sauce.
- Then add in the fried beef and sauté for two minutes.
- Serve immediately with steamed white rice
