Volume Conversions

Why do you need a Volume Conversions table? It’s because there are no standard recipe formats. Foods and liquids are measured differently all over the world. For instance, you will often find that we don’t know what amounts of ingredients we should be putting into our recipes.

For example how many grams of flour are in 1 cup? Or how many grams of butter are in 1/3 of a cup? Or how many millilitres are in 3/4 of a cup?

The answer is right here for you. The below table gives you the number of grams required. When a recipe gives the quantity amount required it can be by the cup. But sometimes it is by part cup or tablespoon, listed are also some common foods because they also vary in weight and volume.
