Stir-fried beef with onions and spring onions

Ingredients

  • 120 Grams 120 beef tenderloin sliced

  • 50 Grams 50 spring onions

  • 60 Grams 60 onion, sliced

  • 50 Grams 50 red chili, sliced

  • 3 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 3 3 Shallots

  • 1 tbs 1 fish sauce

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok add garlic and Shallotte‘s onions and fry for 2 mins
  • Add sliced beef and fry for two minutes
  • Add seasoning to taste
  • Lastly add spring onions and stir-fry for 2 mins
  • Serve hot
