Ingredients
800 Grams 800 steamed jasmine rice
400 Grams 400 King prawns
10 Grams 10 garlic, chopped
1 1 tomato cubed
10 Grams 10 spring onions, cut into 2 cm long pieces
4 4 eggs
2 tbs 2 Thai soy sauce
1 tbs 1 fish sauce
2 tbs 2 vegetable oil for frying
Freshly ground pepper
1 1 Lime cut into wedges
Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan add prawns and sauté until the prawns have a medium cook.
- Put the prawns on the side
- Add the eggs to the saucepan and mix with the rice
- Add seasoning to taste with pepper, Thai sauce, and fish sauce
- Lastly, add the tomato cubes and spring onions
- For garnishing put the lime wedges on the side of the serving plate and serve hot
Notes
- Although it is not necessary. It is best to prepare the rice a few days in advance for the best results.
