  • 4 cups 120 g Fresh Spinach

  • 1 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)

  • 2 2 Tomatoes (diced)

  • 1 inch 1 inch Ginger (minced)

  • 3 3 Garlic (cloves, minced)

  • 2 2 Green Chilies (chopped)

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Coriander Powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • Salt (To taste)

  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Oil

  • 1/2 cup 118.29 ml Water


  • Rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly and set them aside.
