A great porridge recipe to get you ready for the day ahead. With this recipe, you can change the number of ingredients you need. Change the recipe to fit the number of people you want to cook for. You can do this by altering the number of people in the recipe. This will change all of the ingredients and show you what you require.

Vegan Scottish oats with almond and blueberries porridge recipe


  • 65 Grams 65 Scottish Oats

  • 1/2 1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Use a brand of your choice)

  • 1/2 tbs 1/2 Flax Oil

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Frozen Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Water


  • Mix all ingredients into a large bowl (except for the frozen blueberries).
  • Stir the mix 2 minutes after cooking has started (so the mix doesn’t stick or create chunks).
  • Cook in a microwave for approx 3 minutes (900w) and 4 Minutes (700w) Timings may vary depending on the microwave.
  • Add the frozen blueberries, mix everything together and enjoy!


  • If you would like to add more fruit to this porridge recipe just add banana and strawberry as shown in the image above. You will need to adjust the calories accordingly.
