Vegan Scottish oats with almond and blueberries porridge recipe

Ingredients

  • 65 Grams 65 Scottish Oats

  • 1/2 1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Use a brand of your choice)

  • 1/2 tbs 1/2 Flax Oil

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Frozen Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Water

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients into a large bowl (except for the frozen blueberries).
  • Stir the mix 2 minutes after cooking has started (so the mix doesn’t stick or create chunks).
  • Cook in a microwave for approx 3 minutes (900w) and 4 Minutes (700w) Timings may vary depending on the microwave.
  • Add the frozen blueberries, mix everything together and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you would like to add more fruit to this porridge recipe just add banana and strawberry as shown in the image above. You will need to adjust the calories accordingly.
