Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups 1 1/2 Oats
3 Cups 3 Water
1 1 Medium Banana
1/2 tsp 1/2 Cinnamon (or to your taste)
3 tsp 3 Walnuts
Directions
- Combine oats and water in a small microwave-safe bowl. (check the amount of water required as per the package)
- Peel and slice the banana into 1/4 inch rounds.
- Cook in the microwave on high for 3 minutes until tender.
- Top with banana slices, walnuts, and cinnamon.
