  • Or consider the Vanilla Cake with Frosting on another popular “health” website – a recipe which calls for two cups of honey and maple syrup for a total 519 grams of SUGAR – equal to 15 soft drinks!

It’s no wonder why so many websites don’t provide nutrition data for their recipes!

I probably don’t have to tell you this, but a dessert with nearly 700 grams of sugar is NOT healthy!

And the worst part of all is that…
