Around 65% of our body weight is water which is why its so important to stay hydrated and if you don’t drink enough you can become dehydrated. Being Hydrated means we can control our temperature, It is good for our circulation our heart and when it comes to a healthy weight it is good for hydration. 

How do you know if you are becoming dehydrated?

The Easiest way to check if you are becoming dehydrated is to check the colour of your urine. If its a dark colour then this is a sign that you may be dehydrated. Other signs are confusion, dizziness, low mood and headaches.
