Avocado And Kale Salad
Ingredients
- 400 grams of chopped Kale
- 2 Small Avocado without skin and seed
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop Kale.
- 2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the kale and tenderise. (2 Tbsp is about the amount from a small/medium lemon)
- 3. Chop the avocado into bite-size pieces
- 4. Toss together with the Avocado and serve.
