Ingredients
400 grams 400 tomatoes (canned)
180 ml 180 soy milk
1 tbs 1 olive oil
2 2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbs 1 drained capers
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Lightly Sautee the garlic and capers in oil in a saucepan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the tomatoes and stir.
- Using a hand blender, carefully puree ingredients together.
- Add the soy milk, and simmer, blending more until
desired smoothness.
