Vegan Tomato and Spinach Salad Recipe


  • 400 Grams 400 spinach

  • 6 6 Large spring onions

  • 2 2 medium tomatoes

  • 3 tbs 3 olive oil

  • Dash of pepper

  • 1 1 juice of lemon


  • Wash spinach well, drain and chop. Squeeze out excess water. Chop spring onions and tomatoes.
  • Put spinach in a mixing bowl and add the tomato, onions, oil, pepper, and juice from 1 squeezed lemon.
  • Toss and serve.
